*Valuable information may include whether the test was received; date, time and location of the test (if received); the type of media (TV, radio, cable, etc.) over which the test was observed; the name of service observed (WXYZ-TV, XYZ Cable TV, etc.) and any problems observed with the test, such as a missing or unclear audio message, missing or difficult to read text crawl, audio and text crawl not matching, message not playing to completion, or message played in an unexpected language.

*Valuable information may include whether the test was received; date, time and location of the test (if received); the consumer’s wireless provider; the consumer’s handset model (Apple iPhone 8, Samsung Galaxy 6, etc.); any problems with the test, such as a missing audio attention signal, missing vibration, and alerts unexpectedly received from other jurisdiction.
